Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, the ability to openly discuss risks and collaborate with management without barriers or conflict.

Mobility and Agility: A category B driving license and the initiative to find solutions instead of multiplying problems.

What We Offer:

Participation in the implementation of top-tier commercial real estate fit-out projects (offices, shops, hotels, PRS, medical clinics).

Competitive salary and performance bonus – we value your time, expertise, and real impact on project profitability.

Modern Work Standards: Tools (laptop, phone), technological support, and co-financing for sports activities.
